• Provide you with our up-to-the-minute guide on how to let your property

• Offer advice on finding the right tenant for your property
• Pass on all leads directly to you
• Provide you with a tenant application form for your prospective tenant to complete
• Take up your prospective tenant’s references and conduct a thorough background check.
• Check your prospective tenant’s credit history using Equifax® credit reference agency.
• Report the results to you and once you agree on the suitability of the tenant;
• Prepare for you an assured shorthold tenancy to current legislation
• Prepare a bank standing order for collection of rent to your account
• Inform your local council of the change of occupation for council tax purposes
• Inform utility companies of the change of occupation
